Graphic designr blog brings wealth of info to your fingertips

Erica Smith, multimedia producer at St. Louis Post Dispatch, has been on a roll this week posting invaluable tips on her blog graphic designr. I just stumbled across this blog within the last week, and I am already highly impressed by the content. Take some time this weekend to go through her posts, you will not be disappointed!

Smith recently taught a session on visualizing data at the Knight Center, and has been posting her notes and tutorials from the seminar on her blog. Here is the complete run-down so you can pick and choose:

Build sleek, professional timelines with Timetoast
The basics of HTML
Creating an HTML table from a spreadsheet
What kind of graphic should you make?
Creating graphics with Google Docs
Creating interactive graphics with Many Eyes
3 ways to make text more visual
Multimedia toolkit: 55 sites you should know about

I tweeted about this last link earlier in the week and I was immediately bombarded by RT which proves that people are hungry for these comprehensive lists.

For the twitterers out there, follow Smith to keep up with her work.

Happy Friday everyone!
