Best of Innovative Interactivity, May 2009

May was an extremely busy month for me as I finished school, moved home and am now working with the Pulitzer Center for my upcoming Honduras trip. Although the number of posts were down, pageviews, RSS subscribers and email subscribers were still up so thanks for bearing with me! We had a lot of great posts this month, including a behind the scenes post from UNC’s Eileen Mignoni, and a reader-submitted topic of free data visualization tools.

If you would like to advertise on II, please read about the specs and contact me for more information.

Top Posts from May, 2009:

1) Data visualization tools for free or cheap

2) Recession-proof highlights for multimedia enthusiasts

3) Five self promotion tips to help land a job

4) AP “Bailout Tracker” visualizes data, but not effectively

5) Ten free tools to manage your personal brand online

6) Multimedia documentary shines light on NC immigration policies
